The clouds are around the peaks, infront too. So it seems the sun is projecting a shadow onto these. Pretty cool!
Now I am stumped. It seems that the clouds are behind the peaks, and you corroborate that the sun is behind the peaks. How did the shadow get projected?
Projection of shadows could only happen if the clouds were in front of the peaks. I suppose that must be the answer, but I am astonished - we can see the peaks.
It was sunset, viewed from the Little Berg, not too far from Marble Baths, but along the contour path towards Ships Prow. The sun is behind the peaks.
I cannot visualize the description. Was this sunrise, viewed from KZN i.e. the little berg?
