- wrote Serious tribe on Wednesday, 18 April 2012 Gr8 shot Chris. It is a pity there was not more separation between the bottom of the image and the row of hikers. You needed to have gone up a little to get a wider angle, but hikers don't always stop moving long enough to always get into position.

- wrote intrepid on Tuesday, 06 September 2011 The clouds are around the peaks, infront too. So it seems the sun is projecting a shadow onto these. Pretty cool!

wrote bbharim on Tuesday, 06 September 2011 Now I am stumped. It seems that the clouds are behind the peaks, and you corroborate that the sun is behind the peaks. How did the shadow get projected?
Projection of shadows could only happen if the clouds were in front of the peaks. I suppose that must be the answer, but I am astonished - we can see the peaks.

- wrote intrepid on Sunday, 04 September 2011 It was sunset, viewed from the Little Berg, not too far from Marble Baths, but along the contour path towards Ships Prow. The sun is behind the peaks.

- wrote Serious tribe on Friday, 12 August 2011 Really good shot. You should think of putting it into the winter image competition.
