About Vertical Endeavour

This site is developed for people who love mountains by people who themselves love the mountains.

Our emphasis is on the Himalayas of Nepal and Tibet, as well as on the Drakensberg, the highest mountain range in South Africa.

Valuable information and support is offered to those venturing into these mountains through our articles, news, forums, galleries and downloads.

We specialise in guided trips to Nepal, Tibet and the Drakensberg. Our expertise lie in multi-day hiking / trekking and climbing of selected peaks.

We  are mountaineers who care deeply for the mountains as well as for the people living there. The mountains belong to all and should benefit all. At the same time everyone is responsible for preserving and protecting them.
