A photo taken early morning at Blind Man's Corner campsite during April 2015. The combination of the previous night's drizzle and the early morning sunshine produced an eerie green looking Sterkhorn.

"Ifidi Green"

This was from a hike I did 2014, it was my first time doing Ifidi, and one of the most enjoyable passes I've done. Certain parts of the pass were flowing with water which made for an exciting ascent.

"Old Woman's Toes"

Here is my entry for this competition.

It was taken from Grindstone Caves area across the Old Woman Stream Valley. I love the various shades of green and how they dip into the shaded areas in the afternoon light.

We topped out early afternoon to constant drizzle so we set up a tarp (think it was actually 2 tarps) over a donga as our "lounge" where we encountered a few Russian Bears, but then woke up feeling a little grizzly.
