Plans for the Berg during the festive season? Anyone doing anything interesting?

Take nothing but litter, leave nothing but a cleaner Drakensberg.

Hey Intrepid

Nothing big this time of year, possibly just a day hike up to the Tugella falls or Royal Natal Park. Will definitely do some climbing In Swinburne and Harrismith.
What do you have planned?

Nope, unfortunately not. Off to the UK for three weeks and touring through Scotland. Going to experience some real snow! :woohoo:

Thinking Corner Pass via the MCSA route.
Then south towards and down Judge [if a possible alternate does not prove true]

We're doing the Bell Traverse mid-December on the long-weekend, but approaching and ending from the Mnweni. After Christmas we're taking a 2 day trip to climb The Pyramid, that one should have been done in November actually. And we'll spend New Years at Sani Top and do some walks from there.

mike, when are you guys climbing at Harrismith? plouw, enjoy! ST2: look forward to some intel of activities in that area.
