Many thanks to @tonymarshall for taking on the Berg Pass index project. Readers can be assured that he has excellent and broad knowledge of the passes. Remember that everyone can and should be involved in maintaining these pages. Even simply posting updates on a particular pass thread on current conditions is useful.

I'd like to take this opportunity to mention that we continue to plan and execute plans like the above to keep the site going. Progress is often slow. This has a lot to do with the fact that we all do this voluntarily, as VE is still mostly a non-commercial endeavour (yes, that's a play on words). But please be assured that even it appears to be slow and quiet, there are things happening in the background. Stay tuned for more to come!
