This is the official thread for the middle of the three Mzimkhulu Passes.
The Northern pass has a trail and is used by the smugglers. The Southern pass does not have a trail but is mostly grassy and is uncomplicated. My understanding of the middle pass is as per photo. What is not obvious in the shot is that the middle gully is not easy like it's counterparts. If anyone has done the middle gully, please post a write-up and some photos!
