Are these guys following Cobus and Ryno's GPS route (i.e. the blue line on the red bull website) and if so is that route available for download somewhere?

So 37h55 in they are running past one of my favourites - Mzimude Peak.

That means they have 2 hours to do around 22km (although mostly downhill) if they want to be under 40 hours. Could they run down Isicutula and Thamathu Pass with sore legs and feet? This will be an exciting finish!

They have slowed down near the end. On the flat part of Thamathu ridge now - the end is [literally] in sight. Come on guys - you can do it!

My 41h27 has gone by. They should finish sub 42h though...
