I am 178cm and the pack is set to number two at the lowest of 9 different height settings. The height adjustment length is 9cm and is marked in 1cm intervals. Very supportive pack with weight sitting on the hips as it should.
There is a slight red stain from my snow gaiters leaching onto the material see images.  Other than this, is in grate condition.
