Sehlabathebe Trip Report Jan 2013

This weekend I am going up to Sehlabathebe via Ramatseliso pass, mainly to photograph. Does anybody have any current info on conditions there? When booking I asked for camping at Jonathon's Lodge but got no response as to whether that still exists. Going in a Jimny so should be fun!

All being well we are cycling down the pass on the last day of our trip in December.

Three of us visited the old lodge in January last year. It was pretty much abandoned and not in use anymore, although there were a few 'caretakers' living in the outbuildings. The new lodge, a few km away, is apparently open and in use, although we didn't have a chance to go there to look at it.
