Just to keep the rest of you in the loop: this is an itinerary I sent through to anthony via email:

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu, airport pickup, and drop-off at hotel
Day 2: Sight-seeing in Kathamandu, Swoyambunath, Pasupatinath, and Bouddhanath
Day 3: Kathmandu to Pokhara by tourist bus
Day 4: Pokhara to Nayapul by car and walk about 4 hours to Tikhedunga
Day 5: Tikhedunga to Gorepani (6-7 hours)
Day 6: Wake up early in the Morning and walk up to Poonhill for sunrise and good views, back to Hotel and walk up to Tadapani (7-8 hours)
Day 7: Tadapani to Chomrung or Sinuwa (7-8 hours)
Day 8: Sinuwa to Deurali (6-7 hours)
Day 9: Deurali to Annapurna Base camp (6-7 hours)
Day 10: Annapurna to Sinuwa (8-9 hours)
Day 11: Sinuwa to Jinu (natural hot-spring bath) (5-6 hours)
Day 12: Jinu to Nayapul (7-8 hours), back to Pokhara by car
Day 13: Sight-seeing in Pokhara
Day 14: Pokhara to Kathmandu by bus
Day 15: Sight-seeing in Kathmandu
Day 16: Fly back home

This trip is relatively easy on altitude (up to 4200m) but very scenic and highly popular. I partner with various people in Kathmandu, so if anyone is interested in a Nepal or Tibet trip, I can arrange for a quote.
