Lesotho did not come to the party when when the Berg was declared a Transfrontier Park and a World Heritage Site. The only way to bring some sense back is to reverse this status and take away any privileges that come with it. The government in the form of the Departments of the Environment and Tourism may then take notice. If they don't do anything then the degradation will continue.

I remembered this thread when we got to Didima cave on Saturday, but thankfully there was only some old animal dung there which didn't pose any issues at all.
8 of fit in quite comfortably despite the escarpment being very wet at the moment.
