I don't think so.. It fits me pretty well. It's quit technical with a removable frame sheet and front and top pouches with bungee cord also on the front for jamming in extras. I can show a pic?

This little piggy went to market...

It looks a bit squished because it has nothing in it but I have done an overnighter with 12kg's of gear loaded

Hi guys

Does anyone know of a place / school / guide that would buy older gear?

I have a Bergmaster Buttress pack used maybe 3 times and 2 x Bergmaster Sleeping bags.

Wanting to get a smaller pack and lighter sleeping bags.

I know this is a "used gear" forum but I have a brand new pair of Salomon 4D GTX hiking boots for sale, they are a UK 8, they retail for R3999 I am asking R2750, if anyone is interested please inbox me

I have a seriously warm down sleeping bag for sale. Proper 4 season bag that I had made for my length (1,97m)as nothing locally fits me properly. I had it made for the trip I did to Everest last year Sep/Oct and only used it for two nights while trekking. Also used it for one 3 day hike in Aug 2015 to see how well it works. With over 1kg of 650 - 700 fill down this thing is really warm. On the Giants hike my Fenix 2 reported a temperature of -8 degress at 12pm, when we got up just after 6am the next morning it was a toasty 27 degrees inside the bag.

Due to its size and amount of down used it is also not the lightest bag around, weighing in at just over 2kg. I had it made in a classic mummy shape and at the bottom the toe section is higher than normal (when you lie on your back) to leave space for my feet - on regular sleeping bags the bag needs to be longer to accommodate large feet, not so with this bag thereby making it shorter and lighter.

So, if you are looking for a locally made bag that is really warm (trust me, if you get cold in this bag in the Berg then the snow must be 2 m deep and a hurricane must be blowing outside) and reasonably priced then this is the bag for you.

Reason for selling - I have 2 quilt/sleeping bags which I made as part of a sleep system, so this bag is extra to my needs.
