Security questions for upcoming Cathedral Peak Area Hike

 
Here is a picture of the route option we intend to take over the coming weekend. My first question, is whether or not we will be safe on the ridge of the camel leading up to Organ Pipes Pass from a security point of view. Or should we rather camp slightly before that main split. Secondly will we be safe on the second night right near the top of the pass or should we rather move closer to Tseketseke. Thirdly, if we don't end up going up the pass, does anyone have any advice on where not to camp in the region of Eastmans Ridge as far as security goes? I know Tlanyaku pass is renowned for Smuggler activity, but does anyone know which route they take one they are down the pass? Down past smugglers cave or in more of a Culfargie Direction? This is our second option as a fun viewpoint/lookout to go to incase we don't make it up to the top. Thanks in advance (we will be 5 people, 4 tents)

Thanks for the help. No, we are planning to do it the other way around just because we only have 3.5 days to do it and the walking fits better into that time period.

Do you think staying at the bottom of Organ Pipes (camel junction) is fine. (Night 1)? Thanks, we will try to get further from organ pipes on night 2.

Yes, that’s what I meant. Where the conour path links up to the path that ascends to the camel which continues further to Organ Pipes. My worry was that it would still be on the main Smugglers path down?

Yes, water is an issue - but we are all carrying enough to manage. It’s also likely to be in snow, in which case we can melt it.
