Water situation along Sentinel path - car park to chain ladders & Tugela falls

Hi all - I will be hiking from the Sentinel car park to the Tugela falls via the gulley and down the chain ladders this weekend 4th October. I assume with the recent heavy snowfalls that there will be water in the Tugela falls and possibly drips along the contour path. Can anyone with recent experience confirm what the current water situation is?

53 weeks ago I had the same question. The season was dry and at that point the first rain did not arrive. I ended up scouting upfront to get an answer. There was water in the Tugela upstream from the path coming from the chain ladders - towards Mount Aux Sources. Based on the recent heavy snow I would be quite confident that you will find water.
