Does anyone know of any other routes on the Devils tooth besides the standard route? Any photos of the back side of the tooth? Surely some nutcase has attempted routes up the back.

I'm vaguely aware that some have tried to forge their way up new routes without success. It involved a lot pitons and aiding. I'm not aware of any other established routes or recent attempts at finding one. Please let us know if you get out there yourself or come across new information.

Take nothing but litter, leave nothing but a cleaner Drakensberg.
