Hi John we are a group that is doing the same route next week over the long weekend. Do you maybe have an gpx file on what you have hike. From campsite, grindstone cave, marble baths cave back to campsite? 3 days hiking.

Does any one know if the road to Injisuthi is drivable - as I cannot get hold of the Injisuthi Office and QEP seems to not know for sure. I have heard of people driving to the camp but no one can confirm.

Hi DeonS,

A friend of mine was there last week. The bridge is not in working order yet. They do however allow hikers but you have to park your car before the bridge.

Thanks for the info. I ended up phoning QEP and they told me that the reserve is closed to all until further notice - even to hikers, due to the road, so clearly the one hand does not know what the other hand is doing.

No surprises there. Ironically my friend also phoned beforehand and they gave him the polar opposite response
