Path Use from Mhlwazini Valley to Vaalribbok Cave via Hospital spruite

I was running out of light when I crossed at C46 (coming from Vaalribokkop), so I just looked for the contour path ascending on the opposite bank and descended to the river and crossed. I don't recall there being much bundu. It might be easier than looking for the junction.

I went up Jacobs Ladder and down Makhulumane gorge over the recent long weekend and both were unobstructed.
There was evidence of slips from the previous rainy season(s) but nothing that prevented one from passing.
The contour path was clear and cut from Monk's Cowl to just beyond the Hotel junction after which it was quite overgrown but easy enough to follow (to Jacob's Ladder)
