My entry is called Really Rhino.

The shot was taken on the ridge running up to the Rhino, just below the Little Rhino, as part of an approach to Rhino Pass. It brings out the features of the peak really nice, the East Ridge climbing route visible really nicely. Though this angle is broadly the most commonly seen aspect of the mountain, it is seen here much more closely and illustrates very nicely what the peak is named after, its Really Rhino. The ridge where the shot is taken is really scenic with grand views.

My entry is called Rhino Morn.

The shot was taken whilst exploring the area north of Mashai Pass. It is not the traditional view of the Rhino, but taken from the northern side. We awoke to see the Rhino resplendent in the morning sunshine.

We will give this another few days for some more entries. Unfortunately 2 entries is a little low to be meaningful, and we may need to cancel the round. Anyone else?

...excellent, thought I had missed the cut off...

My entry is called The Great Reveal.

The shot was taken on an early October morning two years ago. Hiking up Mashai before breaking out onto the north ridge to climb the standard route up The Rhino.

White Rhino www.vertical-endeavour.com/gallery/drakensberg/featured-images/peak-perspectives-the-rhino-q3-2017/white-rhino-1570.html

July 2015, we spent a chilly day in Pillar Cave waiting for the forecast snow. It started snowy properly around 17:30.
JonWells and myself proceeded to make a 2m+ snowman, while Viking grumbled from the back of the cave.
This was the view the next morning when the clouds cleared
