Spot on! Yup, it is visible on the true left hand side as you walk back to camp from lower Injisuthi cave. One doesn't need to leave the path to see this; the photo was taken from the path. It only looks like this 'upward arrow' for about 50m of the path. Below is a more zoomed out shot.

Viking, I think you are correct. The rock to the right of the arrow certainly seems to match up. If you had taken that photo 50m later you would have had the arrow

@Smurf - I'm going to go with the pass between the Southern and Central Devil's Knuckles. The clue was your other recent photo of Tarn Cave.
