Hi Andrew,
it helps a lot. So now i have a full idea of how many kms i have to drive, and the roads conditions depend from many things, to check on place.
My guest in Estcourt writes me:
"Hi, Injisuthi is about 30min drive away from us and the roads are in fairly good condition, however you might come across a few potholes here and there."
I hope he is closer than other from trueness.
regards

Coming back from Drakensberg and SA, a little report.
1) all roads i've done were pretty good (the worst the one to Injisuthi), in anycase case much more better than i feared.
The problem was rather the weather.
1st day/26 December - Cathedral Peak & Monks Cowl under a foggy, rainy, fine shower day- View of Drakensberg: nothing
2nd day/27 - Injisuthi & Giants Castle finally sunny, but limited view on Drakensberg cause of clouds still in place. At least some good walking in the area
3rd day/28 - Glengarry, Highmoor, and Mpofana & Lotheni Rd. Fine and sunny.
4th day/29 - Underberg/Himeville/Sani Pass (till Border Post)/Cobham & Garden Castle under clouds, with some good unsunny views especially in Garden Castle.
I thanks all for past informations & i suppose to have to be back in Drakensberg in April for better ladscapes.
