That sounds reasonable. For your day 3 you will want to finish beyond Cathedral (not just Bell), i.e. continue through Bugger Gully and down the other side to find a camping spot and water. The traverse will likely be rather dry - so water likely below Twins cave and then next at the path-side spring/drip roughly midway between Bugger Gully and Orange Peel (closer to OP?).
