Maps & apps for GPS

I tried that but couldn't get the .7z file opened properly.

Apart from 1 issue which sorted itself out, it seems to be working fine.

About vector maps on GPS I have
- the OSM southern africa (curbs a little evasive)
- city navigator_southern africa (no suitable, without curves)
- Drakensberg Hiking Trails Ver 3 (from tracks4africa.co.za/maps/specialmaps )

Are there other vector maps which can be used for a GT ?

I agree that the contours on the OSM map are a bit feeble.

I have not seen the traks for africa maps. I have a copy of Topo 2013 Pro. The contours are great - they are even routable so if you plot a planned route on this map it can show you an elevation profile for your hike in advance. It has next to no paths on it though
