So it looks like Southern got the biggest snowfall this weekend.
JonWells, Carl/Viking and myself headed up to Pillar Cave for Fri & Sat nights.
Friday night there was very light snow down to about 2400m.
Saturday at 17:45 it started snowing properly at the cave, about 10cm to 12cm had fallen by 10PM. Minimal amounts fell during the night and another small snow shower happened at 7am this morning.
The region got snow down to around 1600m

I also went up to Garden Castle yesterday early to hike a bit and for photography. Not much snow around below the Parks Board campsite but the views were beautiful. Pity about all the "non-hikers" who arrived in droves later on to mess things up.

Hi Trev
It wasnt particularly cold, only dropped to around 0°C. We did see the first few snow flurries on Saturday afternoon when it was as high as 4°C!
We only walked up to around 2500m on Saturday morning, I think the pass could have been a tad tricky on Sunday!
