If you want to try something completely different - you can come and join on the MCSA hike I'm leading that weekend. Sounds super tame - up Tsepeng Pass down Thamathu Pass - till you factor in the massive detour into Lesotho to tagĀ Macacacaneng, Qhaliseng and Makoaneng. Includes 3 summits above 3400m and one above 3300m, all with over 200m topographic prominence. No trails for a lot of it, and a bonus unnamed trailed pass in Lesotho on the way back. Unlike the Lesotho most hikers are used to, the Leqooa Ridge drops off on either side from 3400m to 2000m, and feels nothing like the escarpment we are used to. I went up Makoaneng last year, but had thick mist and saw nothing from the top - plus didn't tag Macacacaneng and Qhaliseng. Tsepeng (3431m) is also on the list, although I've been up that a few times.
Story of the last visit to Makoaneng with some photos at this link:

Driving through Thursday evening and back on Monday afternoon. Possibly space in my car leaving from Midvaal.

Please let me know if anyone might be keen/ available to help us out.
