Ps. its been named, but I don't think there are any climbing routes on it. Anyone know if it has been climbed, or for that matter if it can be climbed without collapsing?

Haha, Tony, we were following in your footsteps (well, we skipped some of the climbs).

I have to say - I have never figured out how it's supposed to look like a donkey. I guess the top bit would be some ears, perhaps from a different angle?

Here is a real quiz. By that I mean that I don't know the answer. I found this pic amongst the many I have, and can't identify where it is. I tried flipping the image horizontally in case it was scanned the wrong way round, but still no recollection. The person who thinks they know needs to justify this by giving a detailed description of the features in the picture.

I'm going to go with the Mnweni area, possibly in the valley just South of the Dassie?
From left to right: The Mnweni Needles, with Mponjwane just sticking out before the escarpment wall of Ncedamabutho. The only thing I think that pass on the right could be is the upper reaches of Pins Pass? Very interesting angle though - I'm not sure it's possible to see Pins Pass from this far out. And finally, the Dassie is the little berg rock outcrop in the foreground.
Either that, or I've been able to convince myself that many of the features match-up close enough.
Edit: and if I am correct, that would make the rock buttress to the right of Pins Pass the Outer Mnweni Pinnacle (with the inner hidden behind it) and then the start of the Black and Tan Wall on the far right of the photo.
