Hi Nicolaas. I will be heading to Roland's Cave on the 22nd of October if weather permitting. On the 8th , I am considering joining Viking to Sterkhorn

I am definitely interested to join you up Sterkhorn. Can you give me more details regarding what time you starting?

Invitation to join us: Elinda and myself will be going up Elandshoek Pass via Taylors Pass from Lotheni on the 13th, 14th ane 15th October. We will come down Lotheni Pass and back to the Lotheni Camp Site via Ka-Pitoli Ridge. We plan to overnight on Saturday 15th at the Lotheni Camp Site and drive home on Sunday. Hi there , i want to go to Xeni caves the 15th October 2016, overnight and return the next moring.
We will start early, to reach Xeni, lunch and to the top of Xeni hill for Great Photo Shoots.

Hi All,

I have a quick question. Whe are 4 people hiking Giants Castle tomorrow (04-06 November) but I am afraid we might get rain. So I thought of sleeping the 1st night in Giant's Hut. I phoned the booking office and they say they only manage Bannerman hut.

What is the state of the Giant's Hut? If it is waterproof it will be ideal. I tried searching the forum but I only found old info.
